Teampus (teampus.app, the "Service") is a time-tracking application provided by Divhaus, Romania (the "Provider", "we"). Contact: office@divhaus.ro.
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you register a company workspace on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
Teampus lets companies and individuals track working time against clients and tasks, manage billable rates and budgets, and generate reports and exports. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the Service evolves.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to store unlawful content; (b) attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent security or access other workspaces' data; (c) resell or provide the Service to third parties without our agreement; (d) overload the Service through automated abuse; (e) upload content that infringes third-party rights (including logos you have no right to use).
The Service is currently provided free of charge during its early-access period. We may introduce paid plans in the future; existing users will be informed in advance and no charges will apply without your explicit agreement to a paid plan.
Your workspace content (time entries, clients, tasks, logos, reports) remains yours. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the Service (store, process, back up, and display the content to authorised workspace members). Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and, for company workspaces, the Data Processing Agreement. You can export your data at any time from Settings.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without uptime guarantees during the early-access period. We may perform maintenance, and we automatically back up the database daily; nevertheless you are encouraged to export important data regularly.
The Service, including its software, design, and the Teampus name and logo, is the property of the Provider. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data beyond the backup measures described; the Provider's total aggregate liability related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or, while the Service is free, to 100 EUR). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer rights under Romanian and EU law.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the application at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may give consumers the right to proceed in their country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European ODR platform.
